Biomedical Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Bio medical engineers apply engineering principles and materials technology to healthcare. This can include researching, designing and developing medical products, such as joint replacements or robotic surgical instruments, designing or modifying equipment for clients with special needs in a rehabilitation setting, or managing the use of clinical equipment in hospitals and the community.

Salary: $35,300 - $64,500

Education:

Prospective bio medical engineering students should take high school science courses, such as chemistry, physics, and biology. They should also take math courses, including calculus. Courses in drafting or mechanical drawing and computer programming are also useful.



Reflection: Yes I would like to be one because it sounds fun and very interesting jobs to have.
