In class we watched a video about
forgiveness. The video showed us about a guy named Eric and he was sentenced 20
years for manslaughter of two girls named Megan and Lisa. Megan and Lisa were
20 years old when they were killed by Eric who was drunk diving. At first the
mother of the two girls hated Eric for what he did but decided she had to
forgive him. So she went up to the judge and said that she forgave him and to
cut his sentence in half. The judge agreed with her and cut Eric sentence. Now
Eric and the mother of the girls travel to schools to aware kids about drunk
driving.
